Tactiq features a very sleek user experience. If have used the tool you’ll see prior meetings listed out. Tactiq runs in the background of any of your online video meetings. Once concluded, you see your meetings listed out and can take advantage of the A.I. features.
Click into one of your meetings and you can see all of the A.I. assist options afforded to you. You can use the quick prompts or view all the prompts available to you. I use Tactiq’s A.I. capabilities to analyze my meeting conversations and automatically generate action items. These tasks can be customized, assigned, and prioritized directly from the meeting transcript, ensuring that important follow-ups are not missed. I have found the summaries to be on point.
Tactiq’s pre-populated quick prompts are the most commonly used. But you can go further and choose from a number of other A.I. assisted prompts, which are quite exhaustive. And just in case you find them to be lacking, you have the ability to customize Tactiq’s prompts with custom templates and even workflows (more below).
There additional standout features I like in the default meeting dashboard that I think are some of the best I have seen. Tactiq allows you to capture and share screenshots during meetings. These screenshots are automatically saved within the meeting transcript, providing visual context alongside the text. This feature is particularly useful for referencing specific moments or visual aids (Powerpoint) presented during a meeting. And as with some of the better transcription tools out there, you can also get a summary of talk time by speaker, which I always find useful to know if I’ve dominated a conversation too much.

If you don’t want to have a limit on the A.I. features, you can subscribe to the Team plan for only $20 per month. I feel as though the Team plan i a fantastic deal at the price.
